Props to our own Jason Lynes for his article over at Think Vitamin. Love the idea of conversational URLs and even though I don’t speak Rails I got a good idea of what he did.

Tabs, Used Right is a positive review by Jakob Nielsen of Yahoo Finance’s tabbed interface. I hadn’t heard many of these guidelines before. Most look very sensible, some I want to think about—like only using tabs to alternate between views of similar content, not as main navigation.
Interesting Boxes & Arrows article on Ambient Signifiers—using subtle, maybe even subconsciously perceived cues to help orient and guide people through places and interfaces. Great online and offline examples.
